You are:

  • Someone who relishes an opportunity to drive change and business process improvement, and be recognized for it.
  • Experienced in leading and managing continuous improvement and lean initiatives with proven methodologies (Kaizen, Hoshin planning, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Able to synthesize and develop key practices and policies that ensure business process improvement while prioritizing safety.
  • A strong business communicator who can deftly handle opposing views as well as create and present information to various audiences through multiple vehicles (written, verbal, utilizing technical skills such as MS Office).
  • Expert in this field, with a minimum of an Associate's (AA) degree and five years of experience and/or specific training.

Additional Details:

Specifically, you will be reporting directly to the company President and have responsibility for leading and facilitating all continuous improvement initiatives, activities and events. This includes collaboratively identifying improvement opportunities, implementing and applying learning from performance metrics, and ensuring maintenance of all related certifications and practices required by regulations. You will also have responsibility for all programs and requirements related to health and safety.
